My service accounts are temporarily all members of local admin on the computer hosting sharepoint server and all have been added to farm admins. Just to see if that solves the problem but no luck.

moss guru, that just postponed errors, after a while they reappear. After adding account all accounts into run as service and iisreset problem was solved. Or I thought so. happened, as I now is that iisreset just for awhile removed errors. Another thing, that error is connected with profile import. It doesn't run. I looked in timer job status and there aren't any errors. Maybe I need to remove or disable some of the timer job definitions and maybe that account needs some other kind permissions. Btw, account doesn't have rights to login locally.

I'll try that on monday, have to talk about it with sysadmin.
I'll keep you posted.
