user account lock out while login in sharepoint services
while login on sharepoint services on user laptop.his acoount getting locked.
he get error password incorrect.when he unlocked his account from infrastructure team it work fine .again when he try to login at next time same problem he have to face.
for authentication we have configure SSO and LDAP , it is configure in iPlannet web application.
let me know if u ppl need more info from me.

User forced to change once last week and after that user seeing this problem very frequently. user have changed my password 3 or 4 times after that. But user have not changed password this week.

I work on user laptop open IE and set it default and delete all cooking and temp file.
now user is able to loging and log off properly.
he was using same aoount for project server login also.his work is releted wonly sharepoint and project.so when ever he was trying to login once he loggg off account was getting locked.but now working fine.

1) remove passwords by clicking on Start => Run => type "rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr" and then delete the Domain-related passords;
2) remove passwords in Internet Explorer => Tools => Internet Options =>Content => Personal Information => Auto Complete => Clear Passwords;
3) Delete cookies in Internet Explorer => Tools => Internet Options =>General;
4) Disconnect (note the path before disconnecting) all networks drives,reboot, then map them again;
5)Automatic logon with current username and password -Internet Explorer => Tools => Internet Options->Security Local Intranet=>Custome Ievel=>User Authentication Select
