No advanced install option in Project Server 2007 (grayed out)

I am trying to install Project Server 2007 on a Windows Server 2003 server that has sharepoint services 3.0sp1 installed.  The installer will only let me do the stand-alone installation.  If I run the same installer on another similar machine (same hardware, same OS level, different software installed) it gives me the custom / advanced screens.  On the server with sharepoint services installed those options are disabled (grayed out).

Any idea what the installer is looking at when deciding which options to allow me to choose?Start Free Trial
