Moss 2007 Lists

we use MOSS 2007, and we have employees pictures as jpg files located in a share in the network.
I would like to create a list named Birthday, so that each day it will show up the list of employees that reached their birthday and their pictures next to them.

Is it possible to be done in MOSS 2007?
