hi all, we are trying to buy sharepoint software for our company. for scanning all our company leagal documents all our old invoices. once we scan we want to upload them on to sharepoint. can we add multip tags for the files so that when they user wants to search the files. how easy to search for files on sharepoint. can we assign the rights for folders on sharepoint.
