MOSS 2007 Anonymous Access not working?

Not sure why, but this is not working?

In IIS I have Anonymous Access checked and set to the default IUSR account.

In Sharepoint Central Admin, I have Anonymous checked in all of the Authentication Providers.

In The site I am looking at I made sure that Anonymous Access was grated to 'Entire Site'.

But when I try to log on to the site anonymously, I still get a 401.1 "You are not Authorized to view this page"

Any ideas?

Use this command:

stsadm -o deactivatefeature -url http://yoursitecollection -filename ViewFormPagesLockDown\feature.xml

Turns out that the IUSR account was being denied.  Moved it into an allowed group and problem solved.
