I am modifying a helpdesk template in sharepoint 07. I am making a task page out of it that will involve multiple people. I have the page just like the directors wait it; it contains 3 people / group fields ; assignee, supervisor, and director. The field "assignee" is from the helpdesk template. Whenever persons are put in this group, it e-mails them saying you have been assigned to this project.
What has been requested to happen is when a supervisor is added and a director is added, that they are e-mailed about the task. I have looked everywhere, and I dont know how to make the other 2 people / group fields e-mail those individuals.
