pull documents from WSS_Content.mdf

We had a system crash, and ultimately had to restore my SharePoint Server from a backup that is a week old.

I have recovered the WSS_Content.mdf and WSS_Content_Log.ldf, as well as the rest of the *.mdf and *.ldf files in the same DATA Directory.

How can I either recover all of the documents from the database, or merge the documents in this database with the merged system?
