Active Directory not synching with one of my Site Collections?

I have 3 site collections running on one SSP. (MOSS 2007)

I had a user get changed in AD, his display name went from:
Smith, John Lt
to:
Smith, John Capt

But when I go to add him to a group, it shows up as 'Smith, John Lt' still.

BUT, if I go to one of the other site collections and add him to a group there, he shows up as 'Smith, John Capt'?

How can I get the first SC to reflect this change?

Please Do incremental profile import and then do incremental crawl
 your change will reflect after that..

Go to SSP from central Admin then there you can file Profile Import
and agin you can find crawling from the SSP page.
