Adding a Web Part on My Site using Staplee Feature

Hi, I've been able to remove all my web parts using the Staplee Feature, but now that I want to add one I get an error saying that the web part may have been deleted by another user.
  I know the feature is a bit touchy and I feel that I missed something farely small. The Web Part that I am trying to get in there is the Page viewer web part. It was not listed in the standard web parts under My Site so I added manually in the global library. I still can't seem to get it to work.

Got it figured out. If you look at my code you will notice assembly> after <assemblyName> That was not suppose to be there.
