Error on Page on Sharepoint Services Main site

Hi

I've got a 2003 Server running Sharepoint Services 3 with a couple of site collections.

One of the sharepoint sites comes up with a "Error in Page" notice when you login to the main page and either click on Site Actions or type something into the search Text box.

This error occurs wether using http or https. It doesnt occur if I open up the site on the actual server.

I've attached the relevant bit of source code. Site name has been changed.

I've rebooted the server and cant see any outstanding updates that need to be added to the server. THe sites pretty standard with no extensions/programming.

Help! I need this fixed fast! Thanks
