Hello Experts-
Fairly new to Sharepoint and I'm trying to create a simple collection site that tracks our current and former clients. I've created the input form (see attached) to cover a variety of items. I've included standard contact items, i.e. ph/email/address. I've created space for 2 contacts under 1 company but feedback from our team indicated they wanted to be able to add up to 5 contects per company. The issue that I'm running into is the form will get awfully long if I attempt to add more room for 3 additional contacts(see screen-shot). So, the question is, Is there a way to add some sort of control button next to the first or second input for the contact that simply says "Add Another Contact"? Not in those words exactly but you see what I'm trying to say. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I'm trying to keep what I've already built without having to re-create, I would add what you are suggesting but I have little time to do it in. Any other quick fixes that can be done in the existing form? Please know that I'm trying to keep the form as a web input form because many users do not have Office 2007 yet. So browser based was the logical solution.
The basic sharepoint form has limited ways to costumise. But here is one way:
