Could not able to make a connection from SharePoint Designer to SQL Server 2005 database

We are currently not able to make a connection from SharePoint Designer to SQL Server Database

We are pretty sure the connection string is correct.

* We checked the firewall which is good

* We checked the application pool

* The user has all the permission, in fact we gave the user DBOwner still dont work.

Please check the snapshot which attached below


I would really appreciate if you could help us mitigate the issue
