Customization of notification messages

Hello,

Could you tell me what should be the easiest way to customize the content of message of notification

For example, instead of :

"A new list item has been assigned to you, or a list item that is already assigned to you has been updated. To view the list item, click the link below.
http://sharepoint/sites/<site>/Lists/<List>/DispForm.aspx?ID=1"

I would like to modify the content like this :

"The issue <IssueNumber><Title> has been modified by <Author>
http://sharepoint/sites/<site>/Lists/<List>/DispForm.aspx?ID=1

where <IssueNumber>, <Title> and <Author> are three fields of the created or modified Item
