We actually were able to ascertain the solution ourself. The template in question is a WSS 2.0 template, and will not install properly on a WSS 3.0 site.

Browse All TopicsI'm looking for a template/method that will allow me to create a coverage schedule. We have a need for assigning people to certain recurring tasks, and would like to have the tasks rotated among the users at automatic intervals. I would also like for this to be available for viewing. Is there anything out there that will do it?
I know that this the Employee Scheduling template from Microsoft won't work, since it only works on 2.0 sharepoint installations.
TIA
