They will work just fine. MOSS 2007 functionality is a superset of WSS 3.0 functionality. The best way to think of it is that WSS 3.0 provides the basic SharePoint platform, and MOSS 2007 is a set of functionality built on that platform - which is in fact precisely the case ...
