I wonder sharepoint doesn't allow multiple connection to the same AD.

I tried
Search base:
OU=Ou name 1,OU=Ou name 2,DC=DC name,DC=com
User filter:
(&(objectCategory=Person)(
But sharepoint was not accepting this settings and could not able to filter users from two OUs. Appreciate your suggestion.

Simply create two import connections. Both would point to the same AD but have different filters.
