Do you have admin rights on your SP box? If so, go to SP server admin and you can adjust the rights from there. You won't be able to do it from the site itself.

Browse All TopicsI have an empty folder in a document library that accidentally had all permissions except read permissions removed from it (it does not inherit from parent).
Now no one can access the folder who can delete it. Is there some super admin account that can access the folder or someway to revert the privileges on this folder? (Some way without losing all custom permissions on other sibling folders in the document library - if possible since they are very customized)

That is what I want to do, but can't - I want to delete the folder.

Thanks, I logged in using the Site COllection Admin account and was able to delete the folder just fine. I thought I had already done so, but you both made me double check. Or perhaps closing the browser and re-openeing worked.
Anyway thanks a bunch!

Try deleting just that folder then recreating it. If that does not work, you will have to contact the Admin of the site to adjust the permissions.
