Move Sharepoint 3.0 on SBS 2003 to another drive

Hi

I need to move Sharepoint 3.0 from C drive to D drive on SBS 2003 Standard SP2 server. As WSS grows, server runs out of space on C drive partition.

Note that the WSS 3.0 install is a side-by-side install with Companyweb WSS 2.0 originally supplied with SBS2003.

Various MDF & LDF files (8.5GB) are accumulating in  C:\WINDOWS\SYSMSI\SSEE\MSSQL.2005\MSSQL\Data

Im after guidance to move this data to servers D drive.
