Add Upload Functionality to Wiki Library - Or Move Wiki Pages to Knowledge Base Template Site

Planning is important when working SharePoint.  Before I got to my organization the company didn't plan out there thoughts first with negative and postives. So I am now left to deal with the fixes.

The Wiki library contains hundres of articles. The library should now allow uploading of documents but the wiki template doesn't allow it.  The Knowledge Base template does though. So two options 1) How does one move wiki pages to another Wiki library or 2) How do enable uploading of documents in a wiki library?

Not very good with progrramming unless its an already built feature.

Thanks for any advice that you could provide.
