Thanks 66866, an opening page? Would you please elaborate. I'm not sure how that could be done.
Thanks in advance.

Browse All TopicsIs there a way to let the users add folders for the Wikis so that they can group Wikis under a folder?
Or is there a way to just give them permissions to create Wikis and wikis only? Under Create>Libraries? Don't need to give them access to creating any other library, nor create anything from "Communications", "Tracking", "Custom Lists", and "Web Pages".
Any one know of any other ways to expand the abilities of the very limited version of Share Point's Wikis?
Thanks in advance.

Wiki's are non-structured method of documentation- which is it's biggest advantage. The whole purpose of not having a structure makes it extremely powerful when linking one document to another.
You can create an opening page which can have your "folders" as links and then expand them as users want to.
