Only way to achieve that is to create a dataview webpart that is linked to the list and then change the xslt of the dataview webpart (or write a custom webpart of course):

you could create a url / link type column and insert a link to the attachment.
however, that would require a manual input...
unless you want to add some logic to your list with code. then, you could auto-populate the url / link column.
there may be other ways to approach this. it's just the first thing that comes to mind for me.
