i have share point server running in windows 2008 Ent OS.i need to make cluster server. i need failover.

sharepoint by itself isn't cluster aware in the way we think of with OS or SQL, You have to network load balance it. Basically You need to run 4 servers in order to do it right, 2 for sharepoint that would be network load balanced and 2 for SQL server as a cluster
