Sharepoint Designer Not Showing Entire Page in Design View

All of a sudden the 'design view' in Sharepoint Designer is not ALL appearing in the window (see attached).  I can see all of the data in code view, but design view is cut off and scroll bars are grayed out so I cannot move the screen over to view all.  Any suggestions?
