Way to shorten the Gantt view?

We added a Gantt view to one of our pages and it is showing weekly. Is there anyway to trim this do monthly? We have the due date as end point but some of these projects go 3 years out which means that there are over a 150 weeks. This makes the page scrollable to the right for quite a distance. Anyone know of a way to shorten the amount the gantt view shows?
