SharePoint 2007 with Project Services Integration

I have set up about a dozen SharePoint sites and have installed Microsoft Project Services.  So,  now I have another URL with Office Project Web Services.  It appears like another Web Application where I can add sites just as I had done with the SharePoint sites.

What I need is to be able to associate SharePoint Sites with with Office Project.  Do I need to rebuild all my sites within this Office Project Web Services (a horrible thought...)?    Also,  are there any good < 500 page documents describing how to orchestrate all this?
