How do I create a feed (Atom or Rss) of Sharepoint 2010 User Information to pull into PowerPivot
We are creating a PowerPivot enabled dashboard on Sharepoint 2010. One of the data sources is a Sharepoint list on the same site. One field on this list is the user who created the record. When we pull the Sharepoint list into PowerPivot, this field is represented as the Sharepoint ID, not the user name.
From another post, I determined that I could see the list of users using this type of link:
http://<site>/_catalogs/users/sim ple.aspx
Is there a way to create a data feed of the UserID and User Name fields that I can use to translate the ID??
I am a Site Collection administrator, but do not have access to the servers.
