ISA 2006 + GFI Web Monitor

Hi,

I have ISA 2006 ent on win 2003 R2 ent. Also with ISA 2006 I have installed GFI webmonitor 4 installed.
My problem is that every time I access an attachment from Yahoo mail I get the below error.

Can somebody advise me what could have possibly happened. Thanks.
