ISA 2004 Management Console Freezes on FireWall Policy "Traffic" tab. Server 2003.

ISA Server 2004 Version 4.0.2163.213 running on Standard Server 2003 SP2. Open ISA Server Management console. Under Firewall Policy, click on any rule and select Properties. I can click on all tabs except "Traffic" which tosses up a Window from ISA Server with an Operation Failed error message. In the event log I see:

Event ID: 1001
Application hang
Fault bucket 395205493

and

Event ID: 1002
Hanging application mmc.exe version 5.2.3790.3959. hang module hungapp
version 0.0.0.0. hang address 0x00000000.


I need to be able to check the port configurations. All other snap-ins I have tried function OK. Server is mission critical so I will not be able to implement anything that requires a restart before Friday. Am I missing a patch or something? Thanks, I really need to check the rules on this box.
