Server Error "0x80070002, The system cannot find the file specified" when trying to delete a VPN Site

Have a VPN site I created. Site settings have wrong IP info so I'm trying to delete the network object...gives me error above everytime. I can make changes to other networks, firewall rules, etc...but anything VPN and it gives me the "The system cannot find the file specified" error. It is conflicting with some of my other rules so I'd like to get this figured out ASAP.Start Free Trial
