How to configure ISA firewall/Exchange 2007 SMTP connections to accept from Messagelabs range?

I have been given a deadline from Messagelabs to configure our firewall and/or email systems port 25/SMTP connections to accept from the existing and new IP ranges specified by Messagelabs.  Our MX records point to Messagelabs servers and they protect us with an antivirus and antispam service.  They cant provide help and their knowledgebase doesn't provide a guide.

We run MS Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2006 on one server and Exchange Server 2007 on another. Local Lan users access mail via MS Outlook and remote home users use Outlook Web Access.
Please describe how to lock down port 25/SMTP connections to accept only from a set of Messagelabs IP ranges. An idiots guide is appreciated. Thanks.

I attach a screencap of our current firewall policy.  I would accept any solution but I have read that it is better to configure just the ISA firewall only?Start Free Trial
