monitor instant messenger traffic (msn, aim, icq, etc) with an ISA server addon?

I have a client that just put a lot of money into having us setup ISA server 2006 Standard and the GFI Web Monitoring add-on. They're adamant about having a real time chat sniffer installed (even on the wksations if needed) in order to make sure messages are work related only. I would NOT like to use an external application to make this happen. An ISA add-on would be ideal so that I can centralize management. Any thoughts?
