What are the steps required to change ISA 2004 from single adapter setup to multi homed

Hi

I currently have ISA configured in a single uni homed adapter set-up. OWA,OMA are the only services running on the box. This was configured using the following article  http://www.isaserver.org/articles/2004unihomedowapart1.html

I now have a requirement to publish an internal FTP site to external customers and need to know how this can be achieved. Do I need to uninstall ISA and reinstall from scratch? Can I add a new adapter and change the networks? Any recommendation would be most welcome.
