Install ISA Server at the border

Hello people, I have the idea to install an ISA Server 2006 std on the border and install the service to enable RAS vpn type pptp.
The question comes on the side of the WAN links, I can with the help of RAS provide some sort of fault tolerance with WAN links?
The idea is that if a link wan stops responding, all traffic exit at the other link.
Through a static route perhaps ..
