The Solution Rating System

  • The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Problem publishing HTTPS (redirected to HTTP) with MS ISA 2006

I'm trying to publish a web-server, which I want to run with SSL on the outside.  On the inside (behind the ISA) it's plain HTTP although over port 8080.

If I run HTTP on the outside, it works as intended but when I try with HTTPS I get page can't be displayed in IE.
The ISA logs the initial HTTPS sessions immediately followed by a graceful shutdown.  It never even attempts the internal port 8080 connection.
