Web Proxy goes down

Dear support,

The web Porxy of the ISA server 2000 goes down some times, it happen ones in two days time, every time I have to restart the ISA server. I can ping domain names (google.com) but the browser is not connecting. In the even log the error shows the following:

Microsoft Web Proxy failed to start. The failure occurred during Service initialization because the configuration property msFPCBlobData of the key SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\Arrays\{27CDE808-1DCB-4190-8BA5-58EA65338666}\VendorParametersSets\{5CBFF70F-A6A1-40B1-BF50-3272BF187F27} could not be accessed. Use the source location 2.1927.3.0.1200.365 to report the failure. The error code in the Data area of the event properties indicates the cause of the failure. For more information about this event, see ISA Server Help. The error description is: The system cannot find the file specified.
