Are there ftp limits using ISA 2004?

We currently use a fiber 10 MG circuit that has been tested for reliability and everything has come back clean. When we try to upload a file to a website, the IE screen blanks out after a few seconds and displays the typical message about not being connected to the Internet. The computer we have are plugged into a switch, then there is a Proxy server which runs ISA 2004 and then the firewall. Are there file restrictions or bandwidth restrictions in ISA 2004 that would prevent the file from being transferred successfully? Just curious.Start Free Trial
