ISA 2006 SP1 with Error Code 64: Host not available

I have an ISA 2006 SP1 Array setup within a DMZ.

When I try to access some sites I receive the following error:
    *  Error Code 64: Host not available
    * Background: The gateway or proxy server lost connection to the Web server.
    * Date: 14/10/2008 06:09:50 [GMT]
    * Server: our_isa_server
    * Source: Remote server
One site in particular that a number of employees would like to be able access through the ISA is:
http://access.fidessa.com:443

I get to the login page but after typing a login user ID the above error occurs.

I am able to access this site without error from the ISA server itself. Proxy settings left blank in IE LAN Settings therefore routing directly to the external firewall.
Logging on the firewalls has shown no errors...

I have googled and searched to my wits end. I have tried disabling cache and add-ons specified in some of the proposed solutions to others with the same problem.

Has anyone experienced this and actually managed to resolve it? It seems like a known issue but with no known solution...
Your help would be most appreciated.
