Using the router firewall to block metacafe pro and other p2p software downloaded onto office pc's. Or could any other programs be used to achieve this.

I want to block all p2p application such as metacafe pro, Windows IM that has been installed by staff on office computers. Bandwidth usage has increased because of staff abusing this type of software. Is there anyway I can block these programs? Computers are all running XP and connected to the router.Start Free Trial
