OCS 2007 Configure Pool Setup

Currently installing OCS 2007 Enterprise and I am at the Configure pool Part of the installation. When I click on run I get the following error.
Unable to access pool informtaion. Possible reasons include inability to authenicate to the domain, WMI Services issues, lack of network connectivity and other system issues. (error code: 0xC3EC7A19)
Can't find the error code on google. I have domain admin rights, and local admin rights to the backend sql server. Both servers can talk to each other and are on the same domain.
