Microsoft Exchange 2007 UM Speech service not starting

We are trying to install UM for Exchange 2007 however the Microsoft Exchange Speech Service will not start (and because the UM service depends on this, it won't start either). We can't find any kb articles on how to change settings for this service or get it to start. Has anyone expeienced similar issues?Start Free Trial
