Office Communication Server 2007 Login Issue.

I have installed OCS 2007 Server Ent. I have 2 servers. One 2003 ent. server with backend database and pool is also configured on the same machine. On second Server, that is my front end server on which all services are running (Web confer, Audio/Video etc). My all configuration is successfull with log. Now i have configured client with communicator 2007. When i tried to login it shows me

"You account is not configured to use communications service. Contact your system Administrator."

I have enabled that user from Active Directory. I have login client at Automatic Setting.
Secondly how can i confirm that my front end server is communicating with my back end server.
