Browse All TopicsWe have an issue with Office Communications Server 2007. If you send a message to a group and the recipients are online at the time, the end user can see the message body without any issues.
If the recipient was offline (i.e PC was logged out or turned off) when the message was sent out, when the recipient logs into their PC, Office communicator pops up stating that they have a new message, when they open the message the message is completely blank.
The OCS topology is a single server running on a Windows 2003 Standard SP2 R2 platform.
Hope someone can help
Many Thanks
