OCS 2007 R2 Front End Deployment

I have already installed and activated a pool, and a front end server. I am trying to add another front end server to the existing setup. But every time i try to install the second server, it comes to ADD SERVER TO A POOL, and comes back with an error

Failure [0x800706BE] The remote procedure call failed.
detailed explanation goes like this
Action Error: Machine is a domain member, but unable to initialize AD connections.

Have you checked if you AD Replication might have any issues?

I'm assuming that since you are adding a second Front End that this is OCS Enterprise Edition and that there is a hardware load balancer in the mix.

You need to have port 135 open in the load balancer for RPC connectivity to the Pool.

The load balancer must also have the IP of the Pool with a host record for the pool.
