Cluster Administrator Popup Message

Hi Experts

I am using WIN Server 2003 and have 2 nodes running applications using cluster administrator. Is there any way to show a pop-up message on either of the nodes when the server fails over or fails back. I want the message to detect the fail over and then tell the user "There has been a failover...." or something like that. Would it require some form of script or is there a feature like this already built into cluster administrator?
