I have a end user complaining about not getting email , the last time he got a email was last night at 1730 and it was from outside the company. what could be causing this ?
this is the message that a external user would get when he attempted to send the user a email
"A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients. Contact your administrator" I have sent him a test email and not gotten anything back yet
