Forward Exchange Server email to outside email addresses such as AOL

I'm using Small Business Server 2003.  Have a user that wants all his company email automatically forwarded to his AOL email account.  How do I set this up?

I was basically attempting this before, but getting hung up.....
Am I to create a second user object for the same person and manually change the email address to the AOL address - then have the first simply forward to the second?

All email that goes in to that mailbox, internal or external, lists or personal data will go out to the AOL account.

I am always very suspicious of these requests, particularly if they come from a sales person or other staff member who is likely to leave at short notice.
