How to configure a specific screensaver marquee in group policy

I have setup through group policy...an automatic screensaver to come up on everyones workstation that has been idle for 15 minutes.  I am using the ssmarque.scr and installed some text specific to our company.  The screensaver works great, but the text that is in the marque only shows.."your text goes here" on the workstations.  It shows up perfectly on the domain controller.  Does this specific ssmarque.scr have to be loaded on each workstation?  I thought that it would pull from the DC.  Please tell me how to show up with our specific text message to roll across the screenStart Free Trial
