Convert Real Machines into Microsoft Virtual Servers?
I am wanting to duplicate my entire network infrastructure in Microsoft Virtual Server R2. Is there a tool I can use to make shadow copies of live production servers and turn these shadow copies into virtual servers?
Basically I'm looking for Microsoft's version of VMWare Converter.

I don't think that MS has provided such a utility. VMWare has a utility called P2V (Physical to Virtual), but I think that your SOL for MS VS.
Maybe you could figure out a way to do it with ghost.... I'm not sure....
