Folder redirection event id 112

I have set a GPO for folder redirection.  i given the user full control of folder redirection and are the owner.  I still receive event id 112 and the message below

The following error occurred while copying <C:\Documents and Settings\norman.jani\My Documents\desktop.ini> to <\\lon-fileserver1\Users\norman.janii\My Documents\desktop.ini>:
The security descriptor structure is invalid.

I dont see how it can be a permissions issue and why is the desktop.ini causing so much problems.  I have even removed it from my docs folder but still receiving this error.  This is proving to be a real pain.  Any ideas and experience would be much appreciatedStart Free Trial
